Solid platform that will grow and adapt along side

The customer support is outstanding, they are so helpful in answering any questions you may have! I don't like how we cannot see our account balance until after each billing cycle which can be confusing at times when it's not your fault but theirs for forgetting an invoice etc (and then having their tech call me). It would help if there was some sort of "bill now" button where everything could happen right away instead of waiting around 2 weeks before receiving credit/debit card statement with…
