The customer support is outstanding, they are so helpful in answering any questions you may have! I don't like how we cannot see our account balance until after each billing cycle which can be confusing at times when it's not your fault but theirs for forgetting an invoice etc (and then having their tech call me). It would help if there was some sort of "bill now" button where everything could happen right away instead of waiting around 2 weeks before receiving credit/debit card statement with all charges included - this takes too much time out of my day & makes keeping up w services such as Zoom meetings difficult since everyone has different schedules w regards to working hours / availability I have been able to use their software to streamline my workflow. They are very responsive, always willing to help with any issues. The system is not intuitive at all, which makes it difficult for new users. It's good to have a lot of options available, but learning how to use them can be confusing. Use it as a tool to streamline your work flow. This has allowed us to have more time to focus on other aspects of our business.
