I dig these shovels. You'll have to shell out a few bucks if you want inside information, but I'm sure you don't mind. I wouldn't toy with the idea of trying anything else. Their length is suitable for both adults and children.

My son is 3 and his grandkids 3,2,2,1 love digging in the dirt so I saw shovels at Revain and bought them. They had them for like three months or so. They broke a shovel (part of a shovel), it's plastic and it's cracked and broken, but they love shovels!

These toys are great for children to play in the sand. They are not that durable, one of our three had a broken handle on the second day of our beach vacation. I would not recommend them for adults or older children, or dig very deep, not strong enough for that. They are safe for small children due to the plastic aspect which is good for us (our girls are 2 and 4 years old).

I was hesitant to spend that much money on 3 packs of beach shovels but my 10 year old wanted the tallest shovel we could find for our fun outing to Florida. We spent hours and hours every day building sandcastles, digging holes day after day and it was awesome! Sturdy, easy enough for adults and I'm glad I bought them. Hours of family fun

Bought these for a 7 day trip to the beach. 1 out of 3 shovels broke within the first hour of use on the beach. The sand was dry and not that hard. It's been 6 days and so far the other 2 are still holding up well. I wouldn't call them overwhelmed. I really wanted them to work. My 8 and 10 year old kids we are so excited about this. Big disappointment.

These are fairly durable shovels that work well in dry sand. The plastic part bends a bit and breaks if you use too much wet sand or dig larger rocks. And oddly enough, after a week of daily use on the ocean beach, the handles got moldy. We left them outside on the porch every night but were very surprised by the mold.

My boys love to spend hours digging on the beach. I always look for long handled, durable shovels for them as they are notorious for breaking. I ordered them not knowing what to expect but I was very pleasantly surprised! We took them to the beach a few weeks ago and they've become endless fun for some very rough boys. Absolute length and durability. I definitely recommend it!

Shit shovels. They make it look tough, heavy duty, almost metallic, look for where the dirt goes and it's THIN FLAMMABLE PLASTIC. DOLLARWOOD material! 😕🤨 I think I'll be back. They don't cost 21.99. How disappointing. Perfect size although 31 inches for a one year old and for him to grow up. I think I will ask for the money back. Look better in the picture. SAD! and don't let the seller descriptions fool you like they did with me. Not at all what they claim to be. 2 thumbs down.👎👎

We have 8 grandchildren and are lucky enough to live on the beach. We see ourselves as experts in plastic spatulas for the beach! We bought a million of them. Deal with them - they're plastic and won't last forever, but ones with fairly strong blades and a wooden handle are good for kids ages 2-10. After that we entrust them with a real shovel. Similar looking shovels with hollow plastic handles are practically useless. These are the first models to have a plastic grip at the top of the handle…
