I tried these on as soon as I got them and I LOVE how they fit

I read the reviews and was a tiny bit worried that these wouldn't fit me properly. I reviews other board shorts that said they were for woman, BUT had MALE models wearing them. Anyways I am 5'4" and 138lbs, I have a butt and hips and I wear a medium in everything, so decided to order the medium regardless of some of the negative reviews. Not flattering for my opinion

There is no stretch at all in this item. The legs get wider, they do not taper. It was not a flattering fit. Thanks for attention!

True to size for size 18

I am writing this review to counter another reviewer who claimed that the size 18 was actually a size 14. This is not true at all. The size 18 is very much a size 18. I will now have to sew the sides of the size 18 I purchased to have them fit. Please weigh yourself person who claimed this and go on a diet if you want to fit into a size 18. I am speaking from experience of doing the work to lose weight.

Comfortable. Fit according to the size chart. I ordered my pants size. Great for the beach. Has pockets. Liked them so well I bought a pair for my daughter and granddaughter.

Nice product but did not look like the picture.

I sent the product back because it did not fit properly. I sent it out ups but never got a statement saying it was sent back. I sent it back a week ago.

so comfortable for my opinion

It is really hard for me to find a boardshort that fits well and is comfortable. I love these and bought them in three colors. They stay put in the water and wash nicely. It is also nice that you can add a shirt and look like you are wearing shorts. Highly recommend.

LOVE THESE SHORTS! I love them so much I bought two more pairs. I am petite (5'0" tall), curvy in the booty and these still fit! Comfortable shape- high quality material and they still leave me an inch or two above my knees, even with my short legs.I wear between a 6-8 in most clothes and these fit the same. Excellent swim shorts!

These are the best swim shorts I've ever owned. They fit well and are super comfortable. They're lightweight so they dry quickly, and even with no liner they give great coverage. I've worn them with and without a swim bottom underneath and have been quite happy both ways. I'm a fairly frugal individual in general and don't often spend $30 on shorts, but these have worn very well for 2+ years and are still going strong, so I consider it a worthwhile investment. nice material - my new review

These took a long time to deliver, ordered July 13 and delivered July 30th. They are definitely not as long as depicted and they do not run true to size (IMO) they run a tad on the smaller side. The bright side is they are nice fabric and well made.only redeeming quality. I was hoping I would be all set for the weekend and now these will have to do since I don't have another pair.

Great pair of shorts

These have become my favorite pair of shorts. I'm always a bit hesitant buying clothes online as I never know how they are going to fit. I took a risk with these and they fit exactly as expected. Buy the size you are currently wearing and you shouldn't have to return them due them fitting poorly. They are light weight, stretch nicely, flattering and are very comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Needed more modest shorts for the beach and these are perfect

I was looking for knee-length, comfortable shorts to wear to the beach and in the water. These are very soft, machine washable, comfortable and fit well. I'm 5'6, 130lbs and got a size 6 (which is what I usually wear). They are slightly fitted and hit me a little above the knee. I have many board shorts and these were not made well at all. That's my review! I could have put both my legs in one of these!

My favorite swim shorts!

Finding the right fit has been difficult my whole life in terms of shorts and swim wear. This are so comfortable! Loose without feeling baggy. Light weight and stretchy. I’m athletic build but with a booty and these hang just right.

Nice style but big in leg

I love quality of shorts. Nice color and style. Im a size 14/16, depending on brand, the shorts fit great around my mid section, that is where I care my weight, but the legs were huge. The length hit about 2 inches above my knee but with legs so big someone could see up the shorts if I sit or in water they will probably float up. I just wish the legs were not so big because I love the style. I guess designers feel if you are big in one spot you must be big all over.

Great shorts.except.

I really like the shorts.they are light weight and dry quickly. The shorts are comfortable .the reason I did not give a five star rating is that I do not like the Velcro closure in the front of the shorts. The Velcro does not lay flat and the ties stick to the Velcro and it is all bunched up in the front.very unattractive! Shorts are true to size. Hope this is helpful.

Worth the money in my review

Wanted a pair of board shorts to slide on over my swimsuit to cover my "insecurities.” These fit true to size and are super cute. They stretch out a little after worn and are a little baggy on me, but serve the purpose. I’m 5’7 and 140 lbs. I ordered a size 8.

Not as fitted as the photo shows.

The fabric is on the thin side, but that’s fine since it’ll dry faster. But I’m disappointed that these were not as fitted as depicted in the photo - the legs flare out. They must have pinned the leg on the right of the product photo because it’s not actually fitted to the leg that way. Also, as you can see, the colors are not as bright as their photo.

Very comfortable for water sports

The shorts are a little too big in the waist, but these are the first board shorts I have found that are not tight on my hip and thighs. I like the contrasting white string tie in the front. The length and quick dry fabric made all day kayaking comfortable. I would have given 5 stars if there was a little more control for the waist, ie: elastic or the draw strings actually tightened the band.
