Untrustworthy Not Responding

I had to buy this replacement head because the original head broke and the company never responded to fix it. I've only had the original shaver less than a month and it broke my head. I tried to contact the company that sold it and they never replied, very disappointing.

This head does not shave as smoothly or comfortably as original equipment

This is not a genuine Phillips socket as shown in the photo. It didn't have the T-MAX logo as shown in the photo. I ordered one and got the same one you sent this time and it doesn't shave or pull when used. So I'm back ordering what I thought was original equipment.

Use new blades, no cap

When I received this replacement cap for my Max T shaver, I immediately thought of replacing the old cap with the new one. But it didn't fit. So I went back and read the instructions which suggested the manufacturer knew the cap wouldn't fit. The instructions say to remove the new blades from the new cap and insert the new blades into the razor's old cap. I did this and everything worked fine. Good close shave.

Works best with interchangeable heads

Works well, doesn't seem to have anything on my face and easy to replace. My issues with it are that it's difficult to clean, you can never wash off the shaving cream and the blades only last 2 months if you have really coarse and strong hair so they have to be made as a separate version for coarse hair to last 6 - 8 years. Months or bet they last 2 to 8 months depending on the strength and stiffness of your hair.
