I liked how easy it was to use all the features in Maximo 7. The interface made getting around very simple. I like the fact that it can help me manage my time well by giving different tasks which each have their own deadlines. It also helps when we deal with customer complaints in real time instead of just writing them off until later date. The system has been slow at times as sometimes there won't be any updates or changes within the program. Other than that everything else was great!
