I'm not a small person. However, this watch strap goes to the 3rd innermost hole, meaning the end of the strap almost reaches the end. This is not a problem except that if I tightened it 1 hole it would be too tight. The one they are on now allows the watch to move, so I change position often. It was easy to install. Lighter than the silicone strap that came with my Samsung watch. The nylon webbing feels strong enough, but the faux leather trim feels a bit flimsy.
