Item 100% as described; However, when I put the batteries in and turned on the light, there was a slight noise when the light was on. I don't think I'll mind too much but wanted others to know before buying!

But it's not white, it's blue. Not what I needed and messed up my project. I had to order true white headlights from another company and start over. I should have checked it first, but it also shouldn't be listed as white if it isn't.

My nephew wanted to be DJ Marshmallo for Halloween but he was too small for the brightly lit costume. Instead we took a lighter weight suit with no highlights and I glued/stitched all the edges and seams with it. He loved it. So bright and cool, there are different lighting modes, everyone loved their costume, they felt great and had fun. That saved the day, plus he was visible from 60 meters away, which was very important for safety. Very happy with the purchase.

To be honest I really like these ELwire lights, they are so comfortable and let you be creative! The only thing you don't think about is that the big black box is hard to place, you'll definitely have to find a way to camouflage it, but if you do, you'll love your project, you'll love these ELwires, but not me. I can't hear any audio so I don't know what people are talking about but I don't have audio loud enough to hear from the black box!

I might have expected a little more from the EL cable for brightness but although it's very bright if you're only on one Workbench sit, if you expect to put out a lot of light with it, you will be disappointed. It matched my DIY neon sign well. It's not as bright as I was hoping compared to the LED bulbs I've bought, but it does the job. I bought the "Pink" and you can still read the sticker once it's off, which I'm really happy about. It has 3 permanent settings, slow blinking and blinking, which is cool.
