Maxtek 7mm Slim Black Double CD/DVD Case: 100-Pack for Space-Saving Storage Solution Review

Just the thing to reduce the space required for my DVD collection. Not a single body was damaged. I really liked that each holds 2 DVDs in the case. You'll have to trim or fold the cover a bit to fit the outer cover, but that's to be expected (it's smaller, after all). If you have 2 DVDs and add a cover it gets a little tight when closing but overall I'm very happy with it.

The cases are badly done. If you close them, almost 80% of them won't close. The part where it snaps breaks easily and when you close them you have to be extra careful. I feel like I wasted my money on this and found that no one else reported this as an issue. Even if you put a movie cover, it's too narrow to cover a few movies. I was quite upset, I was going to buy a single hard drive but changed my mind because. I tried to save space at home.

Vs. In Verbatim or Memorex cases this product is very thin and the plastic film that serves as the outer cover is very thin. To make matters worse, the strong unpleasant chemical odor upon opening the box was unexpected based on previous experience and caused immediate regret. I bought these because they were two discs and thin and I was hoping to reduce the overall footprint of my collection. Not worth going back, I think they will go to the "public free bin".

I like to buy DVD/Blu-ray TV shows but to save money many companies pack discs in stacks to save on packaging. I've bought a few cases like this over the years to remodel my seasons to keep the rims from folding. These are the highest quality cases I have ever received. Others I've bought from other brands over the years have always seemed a bit flimsy and always had some damage when they arrived. This brand of cases is stronger and there isn't a single broken or cracked case in the box.

This product exceeded my expectations. Unlike many other cases, this one can hold 2 discs. Considering it's about half the size of a regular case, it still solves the problem of packing multiple films. The only thing (and minor thing) is that there are no zips inside to store those scene lists or notes on the inside of the cover.
