May be a good product, but

It had a chance to become a reliable tool, but I have to say I'm disappointed. A few screws were missing. I contacted customer service and they wouldn't help. They asked me a few questions and my receipt which I sent and just completely ignored my request for some screws. It's been two months since I spoke to customer service and I have a defective product at home. I think I could still use it somehow, but it's definitely not working/spinning smoothly. Incredibly easy to move

This product has been very helpful in moving into my new apartment. Whilst I appreciate that the complex has a flat bed trolley, the one they provide is very small and difficult to maneuver (also there is only one per building so not always available when needed). This greatly simplified the process of unloading the warehouse on consecutive flights. As mentioned, you will need your own wheel assembly tools. The size is good, rulitsya good. Ideal trolley for transporting potted plants - sturdy, well built and great value for money

I have many large potted plants and fruit trees in 20" and 22" planters on my paved patio. I live north of Houston, Texas, and in the run-up to an exceptionally cold winter storm on February 21st, I knew I had to put these planters in my garage to keep the plants and trees alive.
