Great for shells and fairing kits

These lights worked perfectly. I was replacing my old lights in the closet with these and came across a ceiling beam in the process. These solved the problem.

Cons
  • Expensive

Very good light, best for recessed lighting

Well made, easy to install, very bright light. The light is only 1/2 inch thick, which worked particularly well because luckily the ceiling joists were right where the light was supposed to go. With this light, all I had to do was cut a hole, connect the Romex to the junction box, mount the box above the ceiling and snap the light into place. Did!

Great Lights fits body and trim kits

I bought 6 of these as a retrofit for work lights. Easy installation. Very bright. The spring clips are easy to remove (and reattach). They come with flange gaskets (unlike another brand I bought). I like that they are independent headlights (other brands grouped 4). Also note. Mount the box directly above the light source. This allows you to lower the light and service the box and connectors through the hole. So you don't have to crawl through the attic again for maintenance.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black

Excellent replacement for a halogen bulb

The halogen bulb and bulb in the old floor lamp broke. I didn't want to just throw it away, so I found a YouTube video showing how to replace a halogen bulb with one. Very easy; If you can replace the wall switch, you can do it. It simply lies in the lamp shell and shines upwards, it does not have to be fixed. It's safer because it doesn't generate heat, but it gives off a lot of light and should last a very long time. The dimmable lamp works perfectly.
