Maxxima 3 Grounded Multi Outlet Adapter Wall Plug - Expand to 3 Outlets with Outlet Extender Wall Tap - Pack of 4 Review

This is my fourth order so I thought I should write a review. I have now added them to most of my outlets around the house. I feel like there are never enough outlets for everything I need to plug in - it has resulted in having outlets when I need them. It's a lot more economical without having to pay an electrician to come out and add extra outlets!

These are the worst plugs. Every time we use them, fuses and circuits blow. I have a brand new fuse box and wiring and it still burns. We called an electrician and he came out and said these plugs had blown due to their poor quality material and faulty internal wires. The candles look as if they were "burnt" even after the first use. They are rubbish, don't buy them, they are a waste of time and money.

Great product. I was a bit skeptical when I saw that there is no screw to attach this adapter to an existing outlet. However, my skepticism was dispelled after I installed and tested one of these. The top grounding prong rotates slightly down and the bottom grounding prong rotates slightly up (parts that fit into an existing outlet) keeping this wall outlet adapter securely in place. This is a wonderful design that works well. I recommend this product.

I bought 2 more of these in December 2019 because I generally liked the originals that I bought in December 2017. The originals were white, compact and supported 2 separate circuits. They matched the photos in the insert. The new ones are functionally equivalent but have a different design and ivory color. The plastic seems a bit lighter and less durable.
