Very high quality knives, very sharp, feel good in the hand and look fantastic.

I needed a full set of Imarku knives which I have been getting their top marks on for a while. I found this set that has premium grips to go with these and I had to get this set. Be extremely careful with this beautiful and SHARP knife.

Good. First I read all the reviews before deciding on this knife. I looked at all the pictures and read all the text. After everything I read I decided to give it a try. It was a great decision. This is an excellent knife. First, think of its original purpose. Cutting sushi or sashimi without deforming the roll exceeds the power of an ordinary knife. I don't know why this Imarku knife gets such high marks. My experience was disappointing. It was originally an imposing knife; scary sharp right away, and I mean scary to the point that this knife will bite you if you don't fully concentrate on what you're doing! (This may or may not have happened to me. I'm not saying). After first use I washed and dried it and put it back in the presentation box it came in.
