MBT Rocker Bottom Running Support Review

My husband is a physical therapist and spends a lot of time on his feet. He swears by MBT shoes. They help prevent knee pain.

Light shoes and light rocker. Recommended by a friend when my husband's heels started to hurt. His feet felt better after wearing these shoes; The pain didn't go away, but it got better. Next time we'll try medium rocker.

When you take a step, the role of the shoe changes from the heel to a flat spongy point in the middle. From dead flat center to toes. I have 4 other pairs of MBT rocker shoes and they roll all over the step. They look more like a pair of $30 Costco sneakers. I like my Costco shoes for the price but they don't do what a true rocker sole does for me. The best thing I can say about these MBT running shoes is that they fit. MBT should change the name of these shoes to "Beginner 2 Stage Baby…

I first bought the Zee for standing/walking. Great, but not for training. Just got the Speed 2 for the gym now. Big. These sneakers are amazing. Was a customer of Hoka.

I don't know how long the shoes will last but wearing them is a new level of comfort. The only problem is that I started judging the rest of my shoes by new standards :)

I buy MBT shoes regularly. This pair had no arch support and very little padding on the back of the heel. Was shocked that MBT named this product after themselves.
