I've used it for deburring the ends of custom alignment tools and for deburring machine screws. This will turn out to be more often than expected.

Broke after use on end of 3 1/4" bolts, cutter broke exactly halfway through the 3rd bolt which i enjoyed working i have 2 so i can finish my project. They cut well but hope they last longer than 3x on small mild steel screws.

I used this to clean some cross threaded studs. It worked very well. I tried walking slowly as instructed and it did a good job. The bevel was ok, not exactly smooth but more than usable. The chisel tended to wobble a bit and I didn't want to push too hard as I was moving slowly. I think with more experience this will work better, but if you need to clean a screw or bolt this will work.
