(for 15" Surface 3 Laptop with Windows): Although the cover snaps easily and correctly, it is very difficult (almost impossible) to connect the charger and *stay* plugged in. The bar on the charger is stopped by a cover and cannot be aligned parallel to the laptop so it can never be left plugged in. Otherwise good quality and it may work well for other laptops and devices.For Surface 3 this is but in my opinion a waste of money.

Good (but not perfect) product. Here's what I liked: It was thin and looked like it would offer good protection for a VERY expensive computer at a reasonable price. It fits well. We really wanted to like this case but had to return it. Our issue is that due to the tabs, the case doesn't allow the computer to snap shut when closed, leaving the computer on and draining the battery. This only works if you turn off your computer every time you close it, which we don't. The one we received is a solid black matte (not transparent) and matches the Surface 3 laptop. As this is one of the few usable hard cases for Surface Laptop 3, what's not to like about it? Everything fits satisfactorily, except maybe if you're using the Surface Dock it looks like the bottom half wasn't cut properly and you have to insert a connector to make it fit. As for the docking station, it's still glowing and nothing was damaged during installation, but I can tell that it may not be fully seated and is encountering resistance from the case. If the lower right corner of the case were corrected, it would work without complaints. The case has beautiful colors and a sleek, elegant design or appearance. All you have to do is remove the part of the corner tab that gets in the way when you open the screen. Make an open back design so the faucet only engages on the corner side.
