It fits my 9300 perfectly and although it leaves fingerprints/smudges as others have mentioned it's not a problem for me. About 50% of the cooling vents on the bottom are covered. There are almost no chassis options for the 2020 Dell XPS 13″, so this one seems to be the best out of several. It fits and is very easy to put on. First the problem with the 90° opening has been fixed. You know you've got the right model when both the top and bottom cases are -21. Luckily it fits my Dell XPS 9310 so if you got it it works. However, the way they designed the bottom "vents" is NOT the same as the laptop's fan system. I ended up modifying the case by taking some bezels and cutting out each of the vents to allow the fan on the laptop to work properly. Also, the top part of the tread is too heavy for this ultrabook.
