Defective Product in Eyelash Enhancers and Primers

This is my second purchase of this product and I am doing this to donate to a woman in Peru with cancer. The first one I bought came out with lumps and the lady was unhappy. Since I'm on the road all the time, I decided to buy again, didn't call because. Your answer will be that the warranty has already expired. However, this is not a warranty issue, it is a quality issue. I mention this with qualification because I have been a member of the ASQ (American Society for Quality) for over 30 years.

The work can take time.

I'm 72 and used to have full natural eyelashes, but nothing more. I bought it in early May and didn't see any results (applied every night as directed) until early August - so 3 full months before results showed up. I'm amazed at how well my eyelashes are growing now - longer at first and then thicker after 2-3 weeks. It's now mid-August and I'm happy with how much longer and thicker my lashes are, but it's taken me a full 3 months to see results. (I bought a 6 month supply). It's expensive and

After all these years this is still the best product I know to grow thick and long lashes.

I've been a huge fan of MD Lash Factor for over 8 years since I first released Latisse (which I didn't want to try because Latisse states on their website: The part of the eye that will most likely stay forever") - no thanks! MD Lash only uses natural ingredients and I've noticed results after 1 month of daily use - my lashes are longer, literally touching my sunglasses and are a bit thicker. It's quite expensive, but much cheaper in the long run than eyelash extensions or false eyelashes…
