So bright and so small!

Purchased for ceiling fan lighting. I've waited a while to find brighter bulbs than the 60 watt incandescent which is the limit for a small E12 fitting. These lamps fit that bill and are smaller than the lamps they replaced. Even brighter lamps are available but require some modifications to the fixture due to their larger diameter and longer length. The supplier warned about dimming but I've tried them with an existing dimmer and they only flicker when actually dimmed, otherwise they're fine.

Small but bright! Perfect fit for Hunter fans

Finally! A BRIGHT LED bulb that fits into chandelier bases and the absurdly tiny edges of a ceiling fan. The previous owners of the house we just bought installed a Hunter fan as the main light in the living room, but the diffuser is so dim that most chandelier bulbs barely give off enough light. It was good for general atmosphere, but we were screwed if we wanted to read or do anything that required decent lighting. These little guys are amazing and the fact that they can be blacked out is aโ€ฆ

Small 60w led bulb equals

I hesitated between 3 and 4 stars, the loss of extra stars is due to some exaggerated claims in the description. Except for a 1/8 inch difference in the length of the clear plastic body, this 10W bulb is identical in brightness, size, materials used and design to the Corncob E-12 bulb also sold on amazon.com (see https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Z4PJQRB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). There may be some internal design differences that result in this lamp being powered atโ€ฆ
