This is the perfect toilet roll holder. It holds 3 buns, keeping them clean and upright with a convenient lid. The reel also balances perfectly on the lid. The holder takes up little space, has clean and simple lines and is made of odorless plastic. I bought two of these.

Smaller diameter canister at bottom than at top. So your mega/double roll fits perfectly at the top but gets stuck at the bottom. You will need pliers or a pry bar to remove the bottom roll. The description is misleading. Instead, buy a basket or something similar. The gray plastic also looks cheap; unpresentable for a guest bathroom.

This is a typical standard toilet roll holder. If you have small toilet paper rolls then you're in good shape but I'm checking this because the description says it can hold mega rolls and hence I'm giving it 1 star. It will NOT fit standard megarolls. This holder is about 1/2 inch in diameter too small to fit on a typical Charmin mega reel.

This can is not 16.3 cm in diameter and will not hold mega rolls of toilet paper. Its actual size is 5.75 inches in diameter at the top, tapering to 5.5 inches in diameter at the bottom. The top mega reel pulls out easily, but the 2 reels below are stuck and you have to pry them out with your fingers. This canister is good for double reels, but it's a complete failure for mega reels.

I'm not sure why this is, but the manufacturer seems to be having issues with the measurement. The claimed diameter is 6.3 inches. It appears that this is the diameter of the tube, but it is 5.75 inches. The lid, the widest part of the holder, does measure 6 1/8 inches or 6.125 inches. And that's the difference between a toilet paper roll that slips out of the tube easily and that needs to be squeezed. or doesn't fit at all, that's annoying even with free returns, a waste of time.

I wasn't too concerned about whether or not it would fit mega reels because we don't usually get them. The day it arrived was of course the day my husband accidentally grabbed a packet of mega buns. At first I winced at the instant thought of the reviews stating that despite the description and other ratings, it's not really suitable for megarolls. But everything was fine. They slid right in. I don't know where people get their "mega" buns from, but either they've expanded from the moisture or…
