Wow! What a PSU tank! I've been sucking 10-12A out of this thing almost continuously for two months and it runs quiet and cool. The fan only spins intermittently to cool the device and it can get a bit noisy in absolutely quiet environments, but it's barely noticeable under normal conditions with normal ambient noise. This is my second 24v mean well ps, the first was damaged before arrival and sent back. I bought mine from JinHQC and they take their reputation seriously. They contacted me immediately and I received a replacement within 3 days. You can't expect more from a supplier. The power supply delivers a stable 24.2 V and the fan only runs when needed. I bought this PS as an upgrade for my 12v PS on my CNC router and expect it to hold up just as well as my 12v PS.

There was no guarantee label on the packaging upon delivery. I should have returned it back then, but before that I figured I'd turn it on to make sure it worked. I hooked it up to my bank and ran some simple tests and found it to work fine. It took me a while to really get into my project. I just installed it a day ago.
