They are sterile. They are individually wrapped. They arrived on time. They let me feed my mother who has cancer. There really isn't much more to say. They are cheaper than buying from Walgreens or any other pharmacy. Many Thanks.

Mom is 96 years old, has no teeth and only eats pureed food. Hearing is poor and understanding is sometimes worse, so spoon feeding meant there was as much on it as was on it. We decided to try them and it was a great move. We heat her food in a tall bowl in the microwave, suck it into a syringe and not only waste nothing, but know exactly how much she ate. She knows what's going on, doesn't have to "open wide" and is much happier when she's eating.

. This syringe will not measure correctly. The measurement does not take into account that the tip is filled with liquid. Another 15 ml if necessary, the syringe draws 5 ml, and on the second try it hardly draws any more. Forget the third try. The composition of the essence from eight ingredients; five syringes used.
