I like that this product is easy to use and much easier to read, especially when taking my own measurements. I didn't have to worry about forgetting what measurement I took or it slipping off during the measurement. I embarked on a new path to being healthier and it has made measuring my arms, waist, hips etc much easier. I didn't quite get it a few times but other than that it worked really well for me. This product is definitely worth a try.

This is exactly what I ordered. I think it's cool that there are two pages, one for male and one for female measurements, although I'm not sure why that's necessary if it's to measure numbers and accuracy. I bought this product on purpose because there were inch and centimeter markings on the outside of the tape measure. Most of these types of products are listed in inches on the outside and centimeters on the inside, making it difficult to use centimeter measurements. Personally, I prefer centimeters as it's easier to write down the exact measurement (important if you're tracking something specific like muscle growth).
