The ringer is not too loud but for my purposes it works and works accurately.

The timer isn't exactly a bell, it's more of a rattle. I don't use it for cooking as both my gas range and microwave have built in timers. I use this because I have a lab and large dogs have to wait 1 hour after eating before going (walking) outside to avoid bifurcation of the stomach (fatal to large breed dogs). It does the job and my dog will find me if it works and I'm not in the room.

Decent functionality of a physical timer

Makes a ticking sound that can be muffled by CAREFULLY placing a pillow or folded blanket over the timer, being careful not to place it on the central handle as this will interfere with correct timing. Time flies for sure, I tested it a few times on my iPhone. The alarm clock is a physical rattle call that sounds for 3 seconds when time is up. It's quieter than an old-fashioned alarm clock, so you might not hear it if you're two rooms away. It's good to have an analog alarm clock that can be…

Nice timer, but sometimes it works.

While working from home I have tripped the fire alarm several times. After boiling the water, I go to my office and work, but I forget that the water is boiling. I bought this timer to keep on my desk so I know when to come back and check what I'm heating up. It worked the first time or two, but has stopped working in the past few weeks that I've had it.
