Instructions: Grinding knives: place the sharpener on the platform, hold the handle of the sharpener with your left hand, put the knife vertically into the V-groove with your right hand, with appropriate force, pull straight back (not push forward) in the direction of the arrow several times until the knife sharpens up , then place the knife vertically in the "fine grind" of the V-groove to pull out the knife as above to achieve the optimal sharpness of the knife.
Note: Please check the position or angle of the knife in the V-groove and sharpen the knife again if the knife is not sharp enough.
Usage: stainless steel household knives and fruit knives.
Note: If there are gaps on the knife or the gills are too thick, please fix it before.
Please clean the oil on the knife before grinding to avoid affecting the effect of the sharpener. Not suitable for grinding ceramic knives or scissors.
