I bought it less than 2 months ago and used it twice, it doesn't work anymore. It got very hot, too hot to hold. The power still turns on, but the spindle has stopped turning. AND THE RETURNS WINDOW CLOSED. uhhh

First I bought the purple color and got the white color so I give 4 stars. But testing device ID says it's very good! Attached are some photos for reference. The device itself is very light and compact. I can take it with me everywhere and it easily fits in my large bag. An excellent investment tool for both beginners and professionals. I can't wait to use it on my client's nail. I just hope the motor lasts a long time. I tried to upload a video but it didn't work. :(

I'd say it works great! The only problem I have is that the red tip on the device just broke off. It can still be used but my manicurist said these brands are the best. Very easy to use but heats up after a few minutes. I would turn it off when not in use during a manicure. I had to buy the ceramic grinder separately because it only comes with a few attachments.

Not bad for the price! Not as amazing as my $1,000 dental drill I've had for 25 years, but it's a great travel option. I bought it exclusively for the pedicure and my customers are very satisfied. Works relatively quietly, vibrations are minimal. I've had one before but the chuck holding the bits stopped working after about 2 years which is decent mileage for a $90 drill bit.

My first device (same brand and model) died after 5 years, 8 years? idk I use the device at home on my and my husband's hands and feet, natural nails every 1-2 weeks. This new block was less expensive and of good quality. Also, the new device's handpiece weighs less (it's much easier to hold), the low speed is lower (which is good for natural nails - the device still has enough speed for non-natural nails; I didn't get it after about 1/ 4 revolutions of the disk) and it is quieter. Excellent product. I have tried other cheaper brands and was very disappointed. However, this one works great. It pays for itself in a short time and my feet look great without the expense of a pedicure, which I now need much less often. The engine is powerful and has a variable speed. I love it.

I bought this because I saw someone recommended it on Tik Tok. I'm glad I did! It works great and is easy to use! I have never used a turbo drill/nail file and this one is perfect.

I am changing this rating to five stars. The company contacted me and they are replacing the transformer! Stops working in less than 2 months. Tested in USA October 12, 2019. Bought and using a month ago. It worked great until there was a short circuit in the transformer cable! Only works if I bend the wire attached to the transformer! Does anyone know where I can find a replacement transformer?
