This is the fourth time I have baked bread in these pans. I took the bread out tonight and the crust came off the bread! The gray is around one loaf and the pink bits are on the other. Do not use!

I used a banana bread pan for the first time yesterday. It was a new recipe so I had to keep track of the time. The bread pan was great. I sprinkled it with baker's PAM, and when I ran a knife along the edges, the bread slipped out. I would recommend this set.

I love the colors on these pans. I bake my own homemade bread and these pans are perfect for that. I don't even spray them with cooking spray. The bread turns out great every time. One of my best purchases. The only small complaint I have is that I wish they were a bit wider. Otherwise they are great.

Im impressed! There were no reviews when I bought them so I was hesitant but for $5 I agreed. This is a good solid pan, the finishes are definitely perfect and the colors are lifelike. Haven't baked any yet but they seem to be of the same quality as all my other speckled bakeware. I plan to use them as Christmas gifts with beer bread mixes.

I used these trays to bake sourdough bread. Not only did the bread stick to the pan, the color of the bread also changed. I had taken care of butter and flour before and it still stuck. I originally bought them because of the bargain and because they're carbon steel, but now they're moving from my kitchen to the kids' crayon storage.

I was in love with these pans before I got them and they are exactly what I wanted. The colors are exactly the same as in the pictures, beautiful colors, the size is exactly what I need and I tried it the same evening. I made two pancake flour cakes (yes! you can make cakes out of them) and they turned out very well, just 30 minutes in the oven and done. I could smell it before opening the package. It smelled of cigarette smoke and fever. When I opened the package my whole kitchen was filled with a strange smell. I could taste it, it was so strong.
