Through trial and error, I found that these waterproof dressings did not hold up well during sports .While they stayed in place initially, they quickly became loose and shifted during activity. The only positive was that they did provide some protection against water and allow for easy movement. However, the lack of durability in a sports setting makes them a less-than-ideal choice..

Based on my observations, this emergency dressing didn't hold up during our team's outdoor game.The waterproof feature failed to keep the dressing in place and it shifted around uncomfortably, causing more irritation and discomfort than the injury itself. ON a positive note the dressing had a decent amount of padding. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this product for team sports..

My husband had a foot injury that became infected and required extensive surgery. The wound could not be closed. This product has worked very well for him. It was a bit difficult to get it to stick due to the position on the foot, but we managed to keep it in place with a small bandage or sock. It was good value for money.
