Article as described. Set up by my husband easily, quickly and easily. We bought 2. One holds 36 inches and the other 50 in TVs.

Highly recommended other mounting accessories, very poor quality. Also, the TV is attached to the bracket with two cheap screws, which I also changed.

Assembly was easy with clear and concise instructions. Holds my 43" TV without sagging when fully extended. Better cable management could have been used. I'm afraid that I might pinch the cable when folding.

Not strong enough to support a 75lb TV. The extension arm bends when you pull out the TV. Just a bit. The hinge cannot be tightened enough to prevent the TV from tipping forward. I have contacted the seller to see what can be done about it.

I probably installed 8-10 TV mounts and for some reason they don't want to pull up vertically. I put a 60 inch 4k tv on it which is very small compared to my other 60 inch smart tv and for some reason I was struggling to hold it horizontally let alone vertically. Maybe I should have bought a different variety, but I'll deal with that.

The main support arm has a vertical metal bar that is bolted to the wall portion of the mount. This rod is cut to a smaller diameter on both ends to fit into the secondary pivot arm. With my special bracket, this was a weak point that buckled. My TV weighs 37 pounds, well under the advertised weight limit. Be very careful when using this product.
