This is not my first purchase of MEKO products for iPad pens. All were excellent products. This purchase was intended to replace the tip flattened from the fall. My order was completed and delivered in less than 48 hours - many thanks to everyone involved in the supply chain including the delivery team. I'm using my refurbished pencil while writing this review. The quality of the new tip, such as smoothness and sensitivity, is at least as good as Apple's original product.

I put on the first one about a week ago, but it's already worn out. I use my iPad to draw almost every day, but I'm disappointed with how quickly it wears out. I thought maybe one of them was too soft so I used them all. They all went flat at the end of 5 days. I paint with medium pressure so I'm not too heavy handed, but once they flatten out they don't stay smooth unlike apple feathers, they feel rough and scratchy. The only reason I added the star was because the springs were smooth and slippery when new. If you want that smoothness, get a feel for the line art and don't be afraid to toss the pen soon after you feel good until it flattens out on…

I haven't had any problems with a handpiece I use since replacing a lost one about 2 months ago. Since the pen holder in my iPad case seems to be loose, I was afraid the tip might catch on something and easily detach like it might in the original case - I don't even know where it went. However, it was just great. The gap mentioned in other reviews (circled in one photo) is tiny (as if a piece of paper could partially slip in), just like the original tip. I use my iPad for creative work, so the original tip was worn down to the metal tip after about 3 months of use. When I went to buy a new tip, I really didn't want to spend another whopping $20 on new tips. For example, spending $129 on an Apple Pencil 2gen wasn't enough for Apple, was it? I decided to give them a try just to see how the value compares to Apple's own replacement pens. In terms of functionality, the pens as I've seen them work flawlessly. I had no issues with their accuracy, tilt, or pressure. The material they are made of seems to be comparable to Apple pens. I think it's worth noting that the "gap" between the feathers and the pencil when screwed into place is actually larger than with apple tips.
