I like it very much. This kept my 4 year old entertained for 30 minutes but it can get very messy. This little scratch dust (I don't know what you call it) ended up all over the floor and table. I don't recommend you take it to a restaurant as it can get into your food; So just let the child do it before or after eating. This product is great for flying on an airplane!

I bought a couple of these sets for my grandkids. I opened one and gave each child a book. While they enjoyed the activity it was messy as the stains they scraped off ended up everywhere! My daughter wasn't impressed. So you have to use them outside and I want to return the second pack but the return period has passed. I would have bought them coloring books by the numbers but they looked different and fun somehow.

Very cute, easy to use for kids. However, note that all the scraped material *goes somewhere, in my case it was car seats. Although this is obvious in hindsight, I didn't think about it beforehand. So probably not the best choice for "travel" material. Also, it's really cute and kids 3-4 years old will love it.

I bought these for my 5 and 3 year old boys for cross country flying. It kept my 5 year old busy for a while. On the plane it was priceless! They're like whole sheets of scraper cards, so if a kid scratches, they'll peel off the top layer and make a bit of a mess. I have told my kids to be at a table or on a hard surface (not a carpet) when using them. I've found individual books of these (same size) on the world market for about $5 each, so this is a great deal on Revain.

Bought for a trip. What a hit! Our 4 year old has been busy with this for a long time! Even her 6 and 7 year old sisters couldn't resist helping her finish (ie take control) when we got home. I liked that the two books in this set (both animal books) weren't just "crossed out" pages, but were marked with dotted areas that had to be erased to reveal hidden areas. The 4-year-old enjoyed guessing what she revealed as she scratched out the stippled part after the other. She's been asking for more…
