Mellow Inch Lagom Hybrid Mattress Review

I bought this mattress and a solid foam mattress for my daughter's bunk bed and this mattress is a winner for comfort and sleep duration. There was also no chemical smell and no fiberglass, which is something I've been looking for in a mattress.

I bought this mattress to replace an old school 6 inch spring mattress that my daughter said was uncomfortable. This new one is amazing! So soft yet supportive. And when unpacking, there was no foreign smell. I love that it's made from non-toxic materials for my growing child.

Worst mattress ever! My son developed severe allergies after sleeping on this mattress. I became Prescribed steroid cream for recovery .I vacuumed the mattress with my vacuum and pulled a whole plastic bag of "gray garbage" out of the mattress! I immediately threw this mattress in the trash, didn't even bother to return the money and to refund so other people won't get hurt Unfortunately lost $400 Not recommended Beware of this dangerous mattress!

The description says it is a medium mattress but it is not. I bought a full size mattress and received it on time. Like some of the other reviewers I was hesitant to order a mattress that I didn't get a chance to try but we are very pleased! The mattress arrived quickly and when we unrolled it we didn't notice any odor and the mattress immediately started to form. Came folded, well packaged and clean inside. When opened and placed on the bed frame, it ballooned quickly. No chemical smells but we let it air out and shape for 2 days. My kids are 9 and 7 and love the bed, soft but firm enough for comfort. It falls low when I'm sitting on the edge, but offers good contour support when testing. By the way, the bed frame is made of very strong wooden slate, so it can be much softer (lower) if placed on a box spring. The bamboo cover is removable and very soft.

Edit: It's been 5 months now, I'm still very satisfied. The mattress has become more "nested" around the area I sleep in as it has a very slight imprint of my body shape when I sleep there, but I really like the feel and so far I'm very happy with what I paid for this mattress. I paired it with crispy percale sheets and imagined sleeping on a hotel bed every night haha.
