Meltware was delivered quickly and well packaged. All four melting cups had a roughly pressed surface and were slightly off-color rather than the brilliant white that a regular fused quartz cup has. I suspect the binder used to make the utensils was contaminated with something since the two largest failed at 1700 degrees in my kiln.
