Hard to pack but vacuum lasts forever. I packed my full size mattress, my husband and I had to vacuum and try to shape the airtight mattress. It finally shrunk to a reasonable size and has been vacuumed and packed for over a month now. Definitely very durable!

The belt broke the moment I picked up the mattress. Also, the seal lasted only one day. Yesterday I vacuum soldered it and it's already inflating. Everything was fine for the first 2-3 hours, then sometimes I started to hear him moving. It's completely inflated this afternoon.

I bought this to store my mattress. Rather than buying a regular (cheaper) mattress cover, I went with this one as it claims to suck in air and roll up the mattress. I use vacuum compressed bags to store my clothes and laundry and I love them, but it didn't work for the mattress. It was a full size foam mattress. It didn't work and I basically spent double the dollars on a plain mattress topper.

I was delighted to find a single bed sized vacuum storage bag. I filled a bag with large memory foam in a room and other items and then had to lug it down the hall. The bag caught on the corner of the recirculation baffle and broke. I was surprised. I was hoping to seal the small hole with tape but for some reason that didn't work. I was disappointed and wish there were two bags in the box. It happened just in time for the return trip.

works just as described. I used it on a full size memory foam mattress. The only recommendation is to place the valve directly above the mattress, but not where it presses the bag against it. You should also stretch the mattress while the vacuum is running to push out as much air as possible and flatten it. I rolled it up and used the straps. Now I can store it and not have to worry about space, bugs, dirt/dust, etc. I would definitely recommend and buy again!
