This is a beautiful leather watch strap and I would recommend it. However, the color I received is much lighter, more like what they call "cinnamon tan". Luckily, they look just as good with a gold watch as they do with the regular brown strap shown in the photo.

not very impressed. Awkward auburn (not brown, not honey, not tan) and cheap plastic finish with poor embossing. Nice and thin too. I wouldn't buy this again.

The quality of the strap was good and better than I expected, but the lack of contacts to connect to the watch and, worse, the inability to recognize the lack of contacts in the description throws really my opinion on this product. The hassle I had to go through to get replacement pens locally was almost not worth the savings I made by buying the bracelet online. Be careful if you buy from this company and need new replacement pins to fit a new strap.

Mine may have just broken but the buckle tongue was too short to fit through the holes and secure the strap. Also, as others have pointed out, it's more of an orange tan; the thing itself isn't bad, but the extremely glossy finish makes it look like cheap vinyl, not real skin. It is not expensive; However, I have received several better belts from Revain for a similar price.
