The description said it was a long sleeve shirt but I got a short sleeve shirt instead.

I wanted my long sleeve shirt because I am a chaplain at the local medical center and also a chaplain at the local county sheriff's office and I help inmates at the local facility. However, my shirt arrived but it was too tight at the neck, chest and...waist. it was also missing a white collar tab. I tend to think a 20" or 20 1/2" shirt would fit better, but at the moment I paid for a shirt that doesn't fit. how can i recommend this to everyone.
