The Subuteay Thermal underwear are fairly thin and provide only a bit more warmth when worn under outer clothes. They did make a slight difference. They are almost as effective as the difference between my jeans with a flannel lining as opposed to jeans without.I tried the shirt top as a night shirt and it was nice except that where it was touching my skin directly, it felt cold in my cool bedroom. Where it was over a tee shirt it added warmth.It is very stretchy and fits as it should by size.

Husband is 6”2”, 189 lbs, wears Medium. Ordered a Medium and it’s perfect. Fits like a comfortable snug and not too tight. Length of sleeves and pants are just fine, not too short.

This thermal underwear set helped me get through the winter in the southeast part of the United States. I definitely felt warmer than when I didn't have this base layer. However, it probably won't be warm enough of a base layer for some colder climate zones or if you're outdoors a lot in the bitter cold.

A need of winters. After wearing it I felt cozy. Good fabric and nice color. Doesn't feel itchy or uncomfortable. I'm 5'11 165lbs so I purchased the XL. I have long arms and they fit great. I washed and dried them and they fit great still.
