The first one I ordered as a Christmas present had a manufacturing defect so I am sending it back. The second one was fine. We recently went on a rainforest, Galapagos tour and a lot of the guys wore these so my husband wanted one as it’s not bulky like a backpack. This vest will allow him to carry everything he needs. He really likes it.

I purchased a size larger than my normal size because other female commenters said this item runs small. I'm 5'2" 150 lbs and the medium was way too big. I would normally wear small in mens and medium in womens. So I returned the medium and reordered it in small.Aside from the size issue, it seems very well made and has lots of pockets. First let me say I do like this item. However, the video they provide in the add shows a large zipper pocket on the back that isn’t actually there in the one they sent me. I really wanted that pocket and will have to make a patch pocket on mine with a different fabric to get it. This is not acceptable but I need it now and it meets my other requirements so I am keeping it.I took the time to measure and compare to their size chart and the vest fits.
