Cutlery and knife accessories at a great price

Great price. good size I love it for cleaning fruits and veggies. Perfect for my small hand. Bought to replace a similar one I lost after 30 years. Great replacement. Very satisfied.

Compatible with other knives. beautiful appearance. Sharp blade.

Bought to replace a Sabatier Bird's Beak Knife. The black scales on the handle harmonize perfectly with the other knives in the block. Premium construction: full shank, flush handle rivets, smooth phenolic handles and a sharply curved blade with superb finish. I'm happy.

Pros
  • Regular Price
Cons
  • Band

I love this little paring knife.

I love this little paring knife (bird's beak/tournet). It is ready to use, ergonomic and forged with a full shank. An excellent brand for the money compared to Wüsthof, Rockwell Hardness 56+ isn't even bad. I didn't need the best brand for this knife so I went with Mercer. Despite being made in Taiwan, the quality is excellent + German steel is used.

Pros
  • Robust workmanship
Cons
  • Almost everything available
