I love this little paring knife.
I love this little paring knife (bird's beak/tournet). It is ready to use, ergonomic and forged with a full shank. An excellent brand for the money compared to Wรผsthof, Rockwell Hardness 56+ isn't even bad. I didn't need the best brand for this knife so I went with Mercer. Despite being made in Taiwan, the quality is excellent + German steel is used.
