3 out of 4 chairs were damaged! Rusty buttons, stains on the chairs, one of the legs has the paint scraped off and orange powder on one of them. What a waste of time packing them up and taking them back to the office. Who ships badly damaged items? Ridiculous!

I BOUGHT CHAIRS IN APRIL 2019 AND THE KNOB STARTED TO LOOSE, THE VELVET STARTED TO LOOSE, SHOWING A WHITE THREAD DOWN AND THE CHAIR LEG HAS CRACKS. HAPPY. I bought 6 chairs and spent about $1000 on them. I DON'T KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO NOW AS I CAN GO BACK BECAUSE THE TIME FRAME HAS PASSED. I CANNOT UPLOAD PHOTOS BUT I CAN EMAIL IF ANYONE WANT TO SEE. SAD ABOUT IT.

I was very excited to order these chairs and wasn't expecting luxury chairs but I can't describe the poor finish of the nail head areas and the back is like bent cardboard covered in fabric. I was also surprised at how deep the back curves essentially reduced the 19-inch seat to about 12. Bought 3 sets of 2 chairs for $1000. My return label only recognizes one set and tries to use the other two but says a return has already been requested. I hope Revain does well so I'll buy better chairs.
