A good buy - my new review

Great quality, price is a little high but the product is legit. Wore it in Finland in -14°F and it worked well. That's my feedback!

Pros
  • Clothing
Cons
  • May not offer enough thermal insulation for extreme cold weather conditions

Warm & Fits. good for me

These mens Merino Wool Thermals are exactly what my dad wanted for the holidays. He has not ever had anything of quality so he was pretty excited to receive them. He was not disappointed by them either. He loves them and is quite happy with how warm they are going to keep him when he is out shoveling, etc this winter. They are true to size and fit him perfectly. They are so much warmer than the average thermal undergarments. They seem to be lighter weight than I would have imagined but still…

Pros
  • Keeps me very warm. I LOVE it.
Cons
  • May cause discomfort during physical activities that involve bending or stretching

I'm going to buy more.

I'm 5'9 180lbs I purchase size XL and it fits with extra room to fit a larger person. I would say this fits nicely due to the stretchyness but anyone smaller than me should get a smaller size. I really like these. I'm going to buy some of the lighter weight ones to have options on days when it's not as cold.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, and camping
Cons
  • May cause chafing or rubbing in certain areas

Best value I could find

I looked everywhere for merino wool under layer that I can wear on a bikepacking trip. I'd heard it's the way to go because wool keeps you warm even if wet, cleans fairly easily and does not trap odors as much as cotton or polyester materials. After a very long time of looking, I found this to be the best value, with having both the top and bottom. It was taking a chance though, because there were no reviews to go by.Well, the temperature started dropping lately so I figured it's a good time to

Pros
  • Eco-friendly and sustainably sourced materials
Cons
  • May cause skin irritation due to harsh chemicals used in manufacturing

Warm and comfy - my new review

These fit great and are super warm.I use them for winter riding and camping.Cotton kills so wool is the way to go. Wool that is softer than cotton? Better yet!Great price and fit.

Pros
  • One loose seam but other than that super comfortable and fits great even though I’m a bigger man.
Cons
  • Not as comfortable as other cheaper options that are just as warm

First pair of merino base layers

Did not like how thin they are but are warm as long as you are moving didnt see any indication of 270 grams anywhere on the tag as they were advertised. Like them so far though

Pros
  • Thermal Underwear
Cons
  • May cause excessive sweating and discomfort during physical activities

Great for cold weather base layer

I used these as a sleeping base layer during a January tent camping trip were the weather dropped below zero Fahrenheit. Very comfortable and slept well. Would but these again.

Pros
  • Comfortable just needed a smaller size
Cons
  • The cut was comfortable, but the material was not. Felt very itchy and because of this I sent it back.

Best base layer I have purchased.

These are the best base layer I have purchased. There are very soft, do not cause static, and dry and warm. THEY KEEP VERY WARM. A little expensive but worth it. They also came with some great socks. I recommend them. 👌

Pros
  • It’s great and so is the price
Cons
  • May require frequent washing due to sweat absorption properties

Very nice wool base layer.

Good tight weave, mid-weight wool long johns. Fit as expected. Order shipped right away and arrived quickly. Packaging included a full set of long johns in a seasonal presentation bag, a pair of wool socks and a laundry bag. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Pros
  • Flatlock seams prevent chafing and irritation
Cons
  • May not fit well under tight-fitting clothing

Works great! Nice fit.

Product is good quality and works well. Used as base layer for winter trout fishing under my waders. Great company. That's my review!

Pros
  • Very comfy
Cons
  • Not suitable for men with a history of allergies to wool

Great product for the price!

Just used this as a base layer on a hunting trip in Idaho. It was raining, hailing, snowing and 90 degree weather. I was warm and dry the entire time! When compared to REI and other big name brands the price and quality is worth it.

Pros
  • Fit perfectly. Warm but not bulky. Would highly recommend as a base layer.
Cons
  • Limited warranty

warm and comfortable

My husband is loving these! He's working outdoors and as the weather is getting colder, he needed another layer. These did the trick. So thankful!

Pros
  • Very comfy, very warm, and has held up quite well with regular use.
Cons
  • Expensive compared to other base layer sets in the market
