🏃 Silver Merrell Access Trail Runner Review

I switched to Merrell shoes 5 years ago and they have been my favorites ever since! About a month ago I bought a pair of Bare Access Flex Trail Runners and being Merrell they fit and the comfort was perfect for me! However, after less than 100 miles, they started cracking within the first 20 days of purchase (photos included). While I love the Merrell, I would advise against buying this particular model and instead look for the model with the best reviews.

Great shoes while they last. I have had these shoes since March 2020 and it is now July 2020 and these shoes are wearing out fast. This is the second open access flex kit I own. The first set, which I used heavily for over a year, were great for hiking, biking, Disney world trips and they were my favorite running shoe. I'm a huge Merrell fan and have worn their minimalist shoes for years. The only frustrating thing about Merrell is that they regularly adjust their shoes. I tried the Bare Access 2 in half marathons and didn't really like it. I liked Bare Access 2, 3 and 4. (Bare Access Ultras didn't work either.) When they discontinued Bare Access 4 I tried them.
