Very comfortable, high arch and beginning at the back, but that doesn't make the shoe any less comfortable. Really great to get the combination of Merrell comfort with a Vibram sole in my everyday shoes, I wear them everywhere.

Ugh. What a terrible landing. It's really weird. I am NOT picky and have "normal" feet in the 12/13 range. They have fairly high arch support, but then they PAY well under the forefoot. Literally a descent so steep it felt like the marble was bumping into the front of my archway. It wasn't smooth or contoured, just a hard pressure point. I felt it as soon as I got up. Both legs. They appear to be made of good materials, are light weight and look good.

I bought these shoes for my husband. They arrived on time, look great and are very comfortable. They may be slightly darker in reality than in the photo, but that doesn't affect their appearance.
