The perfect shoe for the school where these kids have to wear a uniform. They serve the whole school year if they don't outgrow them. Excellent purchase.

38 days and the toe is already separated from the sole. Boys age 7 school shoes. Too bad I can't return them. I'm not sure how that could have happened, I don't care how tough he is on them!

I loved the look and feel of the Merrells my son wore with his uniform. But after three weeks of school, they part with their soles. Wouldn't recommend it. Wouldn't buy again. I thought merrels were supposed to live forever?

Great looking shoe when it arrived but after a month there are too many signs of wear on the front of the shoe. The cuff protector is not large enough to protect the skin.

I ordered these shoes for my son who has been wearing Merrells for many years. Unfortunately they are a bit too big for him, even though we ordered the right size. But the worst thing is that in less than 2 weeks the outer leather cover is very thin, scratched and worn out. He's not usually picky about shoes and I can often pass them on to friends. Those shoes look awful and are now covered in dull gray patches. For the price, they definitely should have been worn better. Super disappointed!

These are the required school uniform shoes for grades K-4. This shoe kept falling apart after a few weeks of daily wear. I was hoping the shoes would last a little longer as my son got older. Pictured is the first couple this year, just 4 weeks into the school year. they are garbage. If the shoes were unnecessary I would never buy a pair of Merrills again.

This is the fourth time I have bought these shoes for my son for school. Every pair lasted the whole school year without repair, and the last pair lasted 2 school years without repair! Aside from the durability of these shoes, they are very cute and comfortable!

Bought for my daughter's school uniform. Better than the Mary Janes I had. It looks more durable and she says they are comfortable too. I love the leather upper and outsole which provides traction on those wet and slippery rainy and snowy days. If this continues throughout the school year I will definitely be making it again for years to come.

I bought them when I couldn't find a women's size with a solid back. I wear them to tables and they are incredibly comfortable. I had foot pain before I got it and switching to this shoe made the pain go away!
