This company has declined in recent years. They sell the only style of shoes I like, but the last few pairs have a built in creaking when walking. It's so annoying and I'm not the only one hearing the squeaking. There used to be such cool shoes. Fits like a glove and wears like iron. Not anymore and they dropped all the styles that I really like.

The size is a bit big but not bad. Thin summer socks slip and thick winter socks fit well. This is the second pair I've bought. The sole of the first pair eventually wears out in 4 years. The top is still in very good condition. You breathe really well. The outsole isn't slippery but grips wet tiles better than most running shoes. Overall, this is the most comfortable closed-toe shoe I've ever had. I would buy them again.

I ordered this item and was so pleased to receive it when I saw the pictures. Everything was fine until it arrived because when I presented it to them the site was very small and I'm 7. I ordered 7.5 just in case and they were still small. I feel like I lost your money. and I feel very upset.

These shoes are the opposite of chic and could definitely use a style update, but they're comfortable and well made and I've loved the few pairs I've had over the years had, satisfied years . The size seems to have changed a bit. I'm an almost factory size 10ft and have worn that in this shoe for many years, but this time I had to go up a half size. The new dark brown is a definite improvement over the old brown.

Excellent Merrell quality. Wanted to replace my old Merrell slides which had lasted 20 years. I had to return it as my usual size was too small. If I could go half a size bigger it might work. I didn't dare to reorder as the color options disappear in larger sizes.
