Merrick Grain Free Real Chicken and Sweet Potato Recipe: Premium Dry Dog Food Review

Good value for money. I ship to my dogs because I am away from them and there is never a discrepancy in the packages. I also had to change their food every few months but they love this brand.

My dog loves this thing and it's very good for his digestive system. I've tried different brands and flavors of dog food with him and this seems to be the only thing he eats and he won't let him run. Highly recommended

This dog food is great if your dog is as picky as ours. The ingredients are tempting to her, always fresh, and she loves the flavors. It's worth the price and would recommend it to anyone thinking of this brand. We no longer have a picky eater!

We have been buying this dog food for a few months now and are generally delighted with it. However, our latest batch is missing the resealable strip in the bag. The bag does not close, otherwise it is impossible to keep so much dog food fresh. Really disappointed with the packaging as it's supposed to be a resealable bag.

My dog has been eating this food for 6 years. She is 7 now and in her first year at Heck. I switched her to Merrick Chicken and Sweet Potato a year later when she was ready for adult food and I noticed her coat softened a lot and has stayed that way ever since. People have even mentioned how soft their fur is and I know it's because of their diet. No complaints here.

The food itself is excellent, I've been buying it for 1.5 years. But after not being able to find the old 25lb bags I had to order a NEW package. It's £3 less for the same price and all of my last 3 bags I've ordered came with no zip! Very disappointed with the zip closure - I still use the old 25lb bag as I like to close it tightly after each feeding but am very upset at the inconvenience.

First of all I like that I can read the ingredients and they are exactly as they should be. Substitute. I can tell you firsthand how much my boy's coat and poop has changed since I switched to Merricks after feeding him Beneful his entire life and he loved it. My Link wasn't a big fan of turkey, but he loves chicken and beef. You get exactly the quality you pay for and which is worth every penny for your child.

Is it possible to get a bad batch? I've ordered this several times with no problems but the last pack I had made my dog flare up and he stopped eating it after three or four days and I didn't understand why. Then I noticed a breakthrough. I have another meal we ate before (blue buffalo in the desert) and he ate it. I've been feeding him blue buffalo for a week now and his hives are getting better.
