Description of πŸ”ͺ Messermeister Four Seasons Breaking Knife, 8-Inch: Top-rated for Precision Meat Cutting

The German 1.4116 high-carbon, stainless alloy blade resists stains and corrosion, exhibits toughness and durability, holds its edge retention, and is easy to re-sharpen to a razor-like edge. This knife line is one-piece stamped, which produces a strong blade from heel to tip. The blades are heat treated and cooled to achieve a Rockwell of 56-57. The over-sized, hygienic, molded, seamless polypropylene handles provide comfort for the extreme demands of a commercial kitchen. Handcrafted in Santa Catarina, Portugal.

Good product! Best in the kitchen and dining room

I just love this knife. I used it at someone else's house and just had to have my own. The delivery was fast! I love using Revain!

Great butcher knife! in Kitchen & Dining

If you cut meat (boned or boneless) then you must have this knife. Especially at such a low price. I like it. I have a Shun 7" Santoku and it's great for all other prep work but not the best for meat. This knife is designed for cutting meat.

Ideal size/weight for roasting meat

This is my fifth. Use it primarily for grilling, often with a few volunteers, and this is the best all-around meat prep knife we've found. The quality is excellent, the size and weight are perfect - big enough to slice a breast and light enough to clean the tender parts of a chicken. Discarded after entering the dishwasher. Hand wash, keep sharpened and it will be a staple for a long time.

Cons
  • Slightly torn
