Disappointing Industrial Nailer

This nailer is a disappointment. I was expecting something much better given how much it costs. The overall build quality is lacking, and it seems to jam or misfire more than it should. While it is powerful, it doesn't feel reliable.

Pros
  • Powerful
Cons
  • Poor build quality, jamming and misfiring

Great gun with the same quality as Hitachi

Great nail gun, really strong and reliable gun. I'm a framer and I shoot this gun hundreds of times a day and it never sticks and works in cold winter weather. One thing I don't like is that it's a bit hard to hold it with my left hand because the nail strip holder is attached to the left side of the gun, now that's not a problem, I'm left-handed and use it with my left hand just isn't as comfortable as my right hand all day

Pros
  • LIGHT: 9 lbs and well balanced for easy maneuverability
Cons
  • New competitors are here

Ignore the trigger and the useless and annoying hook

This new trigger setup is terrible. in single fire mode. I have to take my finger completely off the trigger before I pull the trigger to fire the nail. If I touch the trigger even a little bit before the trigger is fully pulled, it won't fire and I have to reset the trigger and try again. My nr83a3 is not like that. It works great even if you keep your finger on the trigger while driving nails. Switching to Aim Mode will of course fix the issue, but there are times I prefer not to set Aim…

  • Exorbitant price
