Best way possible without expensive licensing costs

I've worked at several companies previously where IT departments would spend hours trying figure out how they could get their own drive set up as similar or even better then gsuites! They'd never be able to seem to match what we do in 3 minutes. This software does exactly that - very quickly too so no wasted time solving problems our customers may face when it comes down needing google docs functionality. We don't have any downsides but maybe this isn’t there either though you know your system…
